The library is well used and appreciated by the residents of the village.  The speed sign needs a new power supply Cllr S Hudson is still waiting for a price.  It was resolved that Cllr S Hudson could purchase this and claim the money back.  Cllr Hudson thanked Cllr J Hoyle for all the work he has done whilst on the council. Cllr J Hoyle confirmed that the clerk had already taken on the Facebook page.  Cllr Hoyle had brought up the gritting of the footpaths, but this is not something that the parish council has funding to do.

12.  Town End House, Great Limber – residents had asked about this property at the last meeting and some discussions had taken place.  Cllr S Bedwell confirmed that the owner’s agent had said that the property is in a reasonable condition and has had a new roof.  It requires a major renovation, and this will be done in due course.  Unfortunately, it keeps getting pushed down the list as priority must be given to renovations in occupied properties.  Councillors expressed concern that the property had been vacant for a few years but appreciated that discussions were needed regarding a different access to the property.
