a) Execute Annual Governance Statement
b) To approve Statement of Accounts
c) Execute Certificate of Exemption
d) Execute Review of effectiveness of internal audit & appoint auditor for 2020/21
Accounts for payment.
11. Updates on LCC Highways proposal for A18 speed reduction and village pond maintenance.
12. To resolve on funding requests from LIVES, the newsletter, Marie Curie Lincolnshire and British Red Cross.
13. To discuss production of a local history project for Great Limber
14. To discuss vehicles on Brickyard and how to resolve following information received from West Lindsey DC
15. To adopt a media policy
